I work with adults of all ages, supporting folks with a variety of life’s challenges. Some of these include grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, anger struggles, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, relational difficulties, chronic pain, illness and those considering MAiD. I work with children/youth, specifically regarding grief and bereavement.
Therapy is a unique and deeply personal journey. I am here to help you honour your healing process, as it appears for you. I offer support and gentle guidance to help you (and your loved ones) navigate your healing.
