Nia is a transformations movement practice that inspired us to be PRESENT, EXPRESSIVE and experience the POWER OF JOY in our body, mind, emotions and spirit. Done barefoot to diverse and inspiring movement, Nia draws from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.
